The landlady was very friendly and polite. The room was spacious. The location is perfect (I was born and raised in Thessaloniki). The balcony offers a beautiful view of Agia Sofia. The snacks offered were generous and of good quality. The bathroom was well stocked with essentials. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The one observation I have is that the wardrobe provided does not have the depth and its rack does not have the height for you to fit a suit in which was essential for my visit (wedding). There is also nowhere to really hang a jacket in the winter. I had to hang my suit on the bathroom door handle which was then very incovenient when opening the main entrance that was next to it because that was still not high enough.

The location was good. It was nice, that there were breakfast supplies in the room. Checking in was easy.
The noice from outside was really loud and for us it was impossible to get to sleep (we come from a very quiet area). There are four persons in our family, but there were only three jugurts in fridge, so we had to go to buy one more. Also the sofabed wasn't really good for an adult to sleep in.

Premium location, quiet even though you are in the heart of town. Amazing food and beverage choices with 20-30 metres of apartment. Close to public transport, cozy apartment with everything needed for a short or longer stay. Ample breakfast provisions provided by our host. Towels, washing machine etc etc...a large shower and warm water 24 hours a day. This place is truly a gem and we would stay there again and again.
No real criticisms. For us it was perfect. There is a large flight of stairs in the entry foyer and leading to the lift, but they provide an electric chair lift you can use to get up the stairs. I only mention this for people with mobility issues

Amazing location right in the city centre. The place is surrounded by bars and restaurants. Quite nice selection of food for breakfast available.
The bed was not very comfortable,
