Clean tidy good corporate hotel
It’s not really representative of Tbilisi. Very sterile and corporate

Everything was great. The room was comfortable and the view over Tbilisi was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.
Nothing in particular.

The location is great.
Design is interesting.
Price is good.
We booked two rooms, as we were travelling as couple with my mom.
The room service was doing too many mistakes.
- forgetting trash
- forgetting new towels
- or did not refill coffee
Not only in our room, but also for my mom.
The windows were pretty dirty, for such a panoramic view.
The protection cover of the cables was broken in front of the elevator entrance. When I stepped on it, reception guys were laughing, when they need to fix it once.
The elevator’s are too long, it takes you 15-20 min to go up and down, if you forget something. Waste of time.
Cleaning lady forget to close the door from another room to my mom’s. This is not acceptable, we had to invest 30 min late evening to find the key to close it..
