The room was delightful. I chose the smallest one - golden crane, and there wasn't a lot of room but it was beautiful and I was very happy as I didn't have a lot of luggage.
The staff were all super kind - I had a couple of challenges and they helped out and made me feel very happy and at home.
The breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day sitting by the canal.
It is located down and alley that is very local. There are a few little coffee shops nearby that I enjoyed but mostly you need to get on the metro that is close by or get a grab to get to places to visit.
It was all very positive.

We enjoyed the fact that the property was away from the main tourist areas. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. They helped arrange an airport transfer and local experiences. We loved watching the activity on the river, and having the cats around!

This boutique hotel was exceptional. 10/10 recommend. The staff was so friendly. We were greeted with a welcome drink then escorted to our room. The room was so spacious, looked like something from a story book, and it was super clean.
