Friendly and helpful staff, all spoke very good English.
Location for the centre of Arras is excellent, parking in the square, either above or below ground is affordable.
Nice breakfast in a very airy room that doubles up as the bar foe the evening.
Very comfortable bed.
The room I had was a bit smaller than others I've stayed in locally.
The shower is a bit hit and miss if the toilet or shower is being used elsewhere, but the water was hot enough and I'm being very picky with that.
Television had no English channels but you're not meant to be in the room when you have such excellent surroundings.
Again, I'm being very picky.

Excellent location
Good breakfast
Room clean
Small bathroom. No room to hang towels. Airless stuffy room.
Could do with more than one pillow.
The continual noise of lift bell, doors opening/shutting even 4.30 am was unacceptable which is a pity because the location and breakfast were great.
Maybe sound proofing of doors
