Room set-up, adds-on like fridge/microwave/kettle, size of the room and bathroom. Comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood. Clean and esthetic yard and a very friendly cat as a bonus. Although a bit further but conveniently located from the old town area, very easy to navigate to and from without fears of getting lost. Personable and helpful hosts, early check-ins accepted. Great property overall.
It was a bit chilly at night but the heating system kicked-off later on so everything came to norm.
