I’d probably comeback again

The place was very good. Easily accessible restaurants. Location was perfect.

They don’t have iron and towels. Soaps were finished. The bathroom was not clean especially glass and floor.

Very disappointing

Disappointing and not up to the expected standard The bungalow itself was neat and clean on arrival, and the jacuzzi and indoor fireplace worked well. Unfortunately, these positives were outweighed by numerous basic issues that should have been addressed before our arrival. The kitchen was poorly equipped. There was no coffee machine, not enough coffee for a three-night stay, no pots for cooking, no braai utensils, and not enough cutlery or crockery. The microwave was also so small that a normal dinner plate could not fit inside it. There were no proper cleaning supplies in the kitchen either, making it difficult to keep things clean during the stay. We ended up spending unnecessary time washing dishes and utensils just to have enough items to use. The towels were small, hard and insufficient, particularly given that the property has a jacuzzi. The pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable, resulting in poor sleep. The linen also looked old and washed out rather than fresh and well maintained. There were several other maintenance issues. The bedroom fan makes an extremely loud noise, one of the bedroom plugs was broken, and the outside light was not working. There were also no toiletries provided in the shower — we would at least expect basic body wash. The outdoor area was poorly maintained, with rubbish and cigarette butts scattered around. The braai grid was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. We also would have appreciated being told beforehand how much firewood and firelighters would be needed, particularly as the jacuzzi was one of the features we were looking forward to using everyday. For a stay booked to celebrate our first anniversary, this was unfortunately very disappointing. We expected a comfortable, well-equipped and properly maintained luxury stay, but the lack of basic amenities, cleanliness and maintenance took away from the experience.

Modern and functional, private boma and hot tub was welcomed

Additional cost for pre-heating the hot tub in winter was a bit of surprise The apartment has been repainted recently - the fumes were quite overpowering. I could find the control for window side half of the electric blanket, so ended up unplugging it... Minimal glasses and crockery
