Great find in a great location.

Entrance was easy using our mobiles and the link given. Location was great as t and a lovely apartment.

There was a smell from the drains in the bathrooms but appreciate that it’s due to the old sewer system in Cadiz. Drain traps may help eliminate this as we covered the drains and the smell subsided. Didn’t impact our stay.

Persistent sewage smell and cockroaches forced us to leave early

We unfortunately had a very poor experience with this accommodation and chose to leave early. Already at check-in, we noticed a strong sewage smell in the apartment, which we reported immediately. It took several days before any action was taken. During that entire time, the smell was persistent and negatively affected our stay. In addition, the floors were dirty and we found several cockroaches and drain flies in the apartment. Even after staff had visited, the problems remained, and we continued to find cockroaches. Communication was slow, and the measures taken did not resolve the situation. Only after a week of ongoing issues were we offered to move to another apartment, which was too late as we had already been forced to arrange alternative accommodation. Do not recommend.

Not good, overcharged for its value; watch for cleaningness, plumbing and bring toillet paper.

Location. If you don't have internet, it is impossible to get inside. I had to buy Vodafone minutes to open both doors. The front gate and the apartment one.

Plumbing: There was a persistent sewer smell coming from both the kitchen and the bathroom. The combination of humidity and sewage odor made the environment uncomfortable, so we bought an scent spray to aliviate the smell. HOT WATER: THIS WAS THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE ISSUE IN THE PROPERTY. The hot water system is designed for only two people, yet there were four of us staying. As explained by customer service, we either had to wait an hour and a half for the water to heat up again ( they didn't know how long exactly) or rotate showers. This meant one couple showered at night while the other had to wait until the morning. This was very unpleasant and inconvenient, especially since we all normally shower at night and were tired and just wanted to go to bed clean. Beds: The first day we woke up with backache. We blamed it on the matresses that are two hard. The rest of the week we got used to it. Cleanliness: There was visible dust under the beds and on the windows. ( Pictures for documentation are attached below) The humidity inside the apartment was quite high, so we had to leave the windows open while we were away to allow air circulation. Access: I did not have internet service when I arrived to Cadiz, so I coudn't open the door. We had to go to a store and buy VODAFONE minutes since there is no WIFI around to get connected and open the whatsapp application to open the door. This is a huge inconvenience, specially for eldery people that are not into technology. Keys should have been provided for plan B customers with limited technology accsess. Deposit: We were charged $14 for a stained towel. When I contacted customer service, I was told that using white towels is common in rental apartments and that I should have washed the towel myself. I find this unreasonable. In my experience, I have never been charged for a stained towel in other countries. If you have colored hair, do not wash it to avoid ridiculous charges. They should have provided color towels.
