Unacceptable stay: ants, cockroaches, an unhygienic mattress, unresolved issues, and extremely loud noise from the nearb

The only positive thing about this property was the location, but unfortunately, even that came with significant nighttime noise from the nearby promenade and restaurants.

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. Unfortunately, this apartment did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort. During our 4-night stay, we found ants throughout the apartment, including in the sleeping area, cockroaches in the bathroom, and a mattress in an unhygienic and visibly dirty condition. We immediately documented the problems with photos and videos and reported them to the property. Although the property repeatedly said that they would take action, the problems were not actually resolved during our stay. What was particularly disappointing happened on our last full day. We were asked to leave the apartment for approximately three hours because we were told that a pest-control team would come to carry out a treatment. We cooperated and left the apartment as requested. When we returned, nobody had come and no treatment had been carried out. We therefore lost several hours of our last day for an intervention that never happened. The property later stated that they had acted “in a timely and appropriate manner”, but this does not reflect our actual experience. The fact remains that we spent our entire stay dealing with hygiene and pest problems, and the issues were still unresolved when we left. On top of all this, the location is extremely noisy at night. There is very loud noise coming from the promenade and the restaurants nearby, making it very difficult to sleep and get proper rest. This is especially problematic for an apartment where the sleeping area is part of an open-plan space. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. We expected a clean, safe and comfortable accommodation where we could actually rest and enjoy our holiday. Instead, we had to deal with ants, cockroaches, an unhygienic mattress, an unsuccessful pest-control intervention, and significant noise throughout the night.

Enjoyed it

It was very easy to find this place, the view from the apartment is amazing, and everything is very close.

The only problem was the smell coming from the shower. The water didn't flow on the first day, but they fixed it right away after I contacted customer support. However, the smell coming from the drain was terrible.

Niedaleki dystans do plaży. Dosłownie 100 metrów. Jeżeli ktoś lubi chillować na plaży, tutaj znajdzie coś dla siebie. Widok na port z plaży też super. W okolicy kilka fajnych knajpek. Chociaż plusy są niewielkie, gdyby pomyśleć o minusach.

Brak klimatyzacji i wentylacji mieszkania. Niestety, było strasznie duszno i ciepło. Wiatrak w mieszkaniu nie pomagał za wiele. MOCNO sugerujemy żeby kupić chociażby najtańszą klimatyzację. Można było wybrać albo hałas i otwarte okno, albo hałas i wentylator. Pod tym względem nie polecamy.
