About this house rental

Large lower part of the Chalet, in solid, well insulated, with a beautiful outdoor space for eating and relaxing, renovated to new, well placed on the beach of the chalets on stilts, in Gruissan beach, T3 of 100m2 (70m2 of living space + 30m2 of terrace)
Beach at 300m and shops at 100m
The accommodation includes:
- Double glazing
- A shower room, toilet, washing machine
- A beautiful living room with TV
- An open kitchen, equipped (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and
classic, kettle )
- A dining area
- A large terrace with deckchair, lounge area, dining area
- Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160) plus TV, the other with a double bed (160) and 2 bunk beds (90)

Very comfortable chalet, totally renovated, neat decoration
The outdoor area is fully fenced.
