Lovely park with great decked area outside the restaurant/bar overlooking a lake. Caravan was comfortable with everything we needed. Nice decked area with chairs/table outside & parking. For the price it was very good value. Easy walk into Chichester.
Some crockery & cutlery needed cleaning before we could use it. Sofa was a bit hard if you sat for too long.
