Worst stay overall, bad value for money.

Warm water, roof over your head

The studio is extremely small and not suitable for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). This tiny studio is very old and dirt is hanging from the ceiling, old paint is scrubbing off and doors (including the front door!!) are very loose and not closing properly. The surrounding area is very dirty and noisy with bus stops right in front of the building. The so called garden is a patch of plastic grass next to an incomplete hedge that has a big hole in it through which anyone from the bus stop can enter easily, overall very ugly and not suitable for use. The owners expect a lot from you (leave everything clean else pay €35 per forgotten garbage bag or bed sheets not put in bathtub, that is €35 per bed!!!) and offer very little in return. The building is not safe, there are suspicious people hanging around in the entrance hallway early in the morning, I guess everyone knows the access codes, and the area is dirty, you cannot put your luggage on the ground or it gets dirty from cigarette buds or other garbage. Also the doors and locks are from the 1980s not upgraded. The heating is electrical and thus not environmentally friendly. Floor is cold. The kitchen is so small that you cannot open the fridge and dishwasher at the same time. I can go on for ever, this is the worst rental we have ever stayed at. The fotos shown on booking are true but old, the place is worn down and dirty. For example the sheets were all scuffed up and probably for the thousand times used. The vacuum cleaner was also in sync with the rest (probably 30 years old) because it had a full dirt bag and was struggling to pick up any dirt from the floor, it was actually making more dust in the air than picking up. We ended up brushing the dirt with dust and tin. Parking is difficult next to impossible but we knew this ahead of time.
