Whenever in Istanbul I choose this hotel because of location and eventually this was my 12th time stay. They have provided free upgrade to highest category which was a good gesture.
The property required a renovation. While the location is good it is very noisy at night with cards and motorcycles which is very disturbing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Mart. I had an issue with my room when I first arrived, and he went completely above and beyond to make things right. He quickly helped change my room and made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle.
What really stood out was that throughout the rest of my trip, Mart continued to check in and make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He was always pleasant, professional, and genuinely caring, which made the experience so much better.
Elif was also fantastic and very kind and welcoming. The cleaning staff did an excellent job as well, the rooms were always spotless and well maintained.
Overall, the customer service here was exceptional, and the staff truly made me feel valued as a guest. I would absolutely stay here again.
Not all staff members were as friendly

The hotel is smoky .. upon arrival I was given a room with no view from the bars, a view of cigarettes 🤭 on the stairs and a dark room .. and after notifying me the receptionist changed my room to a bigger and better one, but it still smelled of cigarettes. No choice at all and mostly cheese from the day before, so after 3 days I went out for breakfast. The receptionists were nice but I still don't recommend the hotel if you are a non-smoker.
