- The hotel is in an excellent centralized location, around the corner from Parque Espana and Parque Mexico - a short walk to many restaurants like Baldio, Contramar, and Lardo; sweets like Odette, Tomasa, and Churreria El Moro; and to the Chapultepec area. There is a cafe next door and a bar downstairs. We booked a room with a window which happened to face the street, but it seems to be a quiet neighborhood and I never noticed a lot of traffic outside.
- The staff were so kind and welcoming, and the whole building was very clean. The cleaning staff came to our room every day, so we came home to a fresh bed and fresh towels after being out exploring all day.
- We didn't use any of the other facilities like the lounge, so I can't speak to them, but the elevator always worked and the lobby was always sparkling clean.
- I wasn't sure how I felt about having to give my room key to the front desk every time I left or came back, as I have never experienced that before; but someone was always there at all hours so it was never an issue, and I never had the opportunity to lose the key, which was helpful and probably the idea behind this practice.
- The room was great and had everything we needed, but I would suggest a shelf or a waterproof table of some kind in the shower for storing shampoo and things, as we had to keep bending down to use our toiletries which we had to keep on the floor.

The staff were beyond great. I loved them they were very commentating
it was hot my room didn’t have any AC and my window open up to the stairs so no way I was going to leave it open.

The location is amazing. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. The staff was also very nice and the bed was super comfy.
The bathroom was tiny! The shower was clogged and the bed sheets didn’t fit properly so a part of the mattress was uncovered. It didn’t have AC so I had to open the window for it to be fresh but there was lots of noise
