Great location and cosy studio apartment, the right size for a couple days/few days of stay. The bed was a sofa bed but it was actually pretty comfortable! Location was key, it was close to everything and lots of restaurant options nearby. Thanks a lot to the host for a bit of flexibility with the check in time too!
No iron, not much coffee or any sugar, a couple of plugs didn’t work. No lift - it wasn’t a problem for us but be aware if you have luggage (it was on the 2 floor). Important: thin walls, with some ear plugs you could sleep fine but without it’d be a struggle if you’re not a deep sleeper.

Very clean and easy to get to. We’re were able to store our luggage there before check in which was helpful. Had good working AC and everything we needed

Location is great, very close to main attractions by walking. Neighborhood also normal.
There is no washing machine. Other than that facilities were clean and worked well. The Air conditioner is directly above the bed so it was impossible to leave it on during night, that was but uncomfortable during summer time especially. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable too. There is no elevator so If you bring a lot of luggage it might be a problem, as staircase to the apartment is quite narrow too.

It was an apartment behind locked doors which did lead to two apartments so basically you hear everything what people in the next room are doing. The main bed had very squeaky springs, all the apartment reminded me of dormitory rooms where everything you need is available, but not very "cosy".
Main area (stairs) are very, very narrow - I was travelling with 7 items. There even was no place to leave all the things in common area to bring them up one by one. Bringing suitcase up also is not an easy task.
TV was super small and one of the remotes did not work properly.
It is okay place where to sleep over a night, but I would not want to stay here for a long period of time.
