noisy apartments without air conditioning and normal heating

10 minutes to the station. large living room. there are children's toys, a table. clean apartments

check-in only after 17:00. unfriendly host. when asked to send the code from the front door, he asked to look at the booking site. We are traveling without the Internet, so it is problematic for us to search for something on the Internet. the owner could send the code to whatsapp, but for some reason did not. there are a lot of children's toys in the room, there is a children's toy table, but there is no children's chair for feeding, although the site indicated its availability. the rooms are cold. at night, the temperature outside dropped to 5 degrees Celsius, so it was necessary to turn on electric heaters. but the electric heaters were controlled remotely by the owner of the house. we couldn't turn them on when we were cold and turn them off when it got hot. we wrote to the owner about this, but he only said that the apartment was at a comfortable temperature and would not turn on the heating. in fact the rooms were 18-20 degrees, which is cold enough for a small child. the owner chooses a comfortable temperature for you. first time I encounter this. when you turn on the electric kettle, the electricity in the house is turned off. You can turn it on only by going down the stairs. It is very uncomfortable. The electricity went out 2-3 times when I took a shower. it shouldn't be like that, it's not normal. if you live with a child, then the stroller will have to be lifted up a very narrow and steep staircase. if you live in the summer, then most likely you will be hot, because during the day, even on cold days, the rooms were heated by the sun. in summer it will be even hotter, but there are no air conditioners in the apartments. the humidity in the rooms is constantly high, especially after taking a shower. Because of this, washed clothes take a long time to dry. very slow internet, maximum speed 15 Mbps. it's not enough to watch some youtube videos. The bathroom doors are not lockable.
