Absolutely loved it

Lovely views of the golf course watching the kangaroos in the mornings and afternoons, very friendly wild life birds. Very homely feel very clean a tidy

Water pressure could be better maybe new shower head. Master bed mattress could be more comfortable it’s a bit hard and uncomfortable.

Poor property management

The property offers convenient access to local amenities and is situated in close proximity to natural wildlife habitats, providing opportunities to observe kangaroos directly from the premises.

Our recent experience in Dunsborough, while generally positive, was unfortunately marred by several issues encountered at the property. While Dunsborough consistently meets our expectations, this particular accommodation proved to be a disappointment. I typically refrain from providing negative feedback; however, the nature of these concerns necessitates a formal review. 1. The driveway ramp presents a significant hazard. Its excessive height and evident damage, indicated by numerous scratches, suggest a high probability of vehicle undercarriage damage. 2. The presence of possums within the ceiling or roof structure in the upper bedroom created a disruptive environment, significantly impacting sleep quality due to continuous animal activity. 3. We observed damaged toys on the premises. It is advisable for future guests to document the condition of such items upon arrival to avoid potential charges for pre-existing damage. 4. The property's cleanliness standards are suboptimal. The presence of cockroaches and spiders in the bedroom, attributed by the property management to its proximity to wildlife, is unsatisfactory. 5. The single air conditioning unit located in the living room proved insufficient to adequately cool the entire premises. The bedrooms, in particular, remained uncomfortably warm and poorly ventilated. 6. Strong wet carpet kinda smell upon entering the house. Consequently, we will not be considering this property for future stays.
