Lovely little apartment

Good location. Nice, quiet apartment with a very comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen and the whole apartment was perfect for our visit. We used the terrace when it wasn’t too hot.

I will stay here again when I travel to Córdoba.

Great location, comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, responsive host.

Dreadful owner

This entire stay has been overshadowed by the poor experience with the owner. It started with the owner requesting additional information, even after the apartment was ready, before sharing the access code. After sending the information, it still took almost an hour to gain access. The apartment is advertised as having two bedrooms. Upon arrival, we only found one; the other was nowhere to be seen. When we inquired with the owner, it turned out he had locked it and hidden the key because there were only two of us, and he made the decision for us that we wouldn't use it. However, we did want to use it because it was a way nicer bedroom, connected to the terrace, with much less noise and shutters on the windows (while the other room was very noisy and had bad curtains). The terrace lighting was also controlled from that bedroom. We had to ask for access multiple times before he finally told us where the key was. When we entered the room, the air conditioning wasn't working. When we informed the owner, he dismissively said it was working, that he had checked it, and that we just needed to press the power button – as if we hadn't already tried that. After insisting, he said he would have the cleaning lady check it the next day. Once she had reset the airconditioning, we immediately received criticism for taking too many things out of our suitcase and for not having done the dishes from the previous evening. When we returned from the city, it turned out they had removed the bedding from the second bedroom and the extra towels. The owner made it very clear that we were not supposed to use more than one set of bedding, let alone an extra towel. If we wanted to sleep in the nicer bedroom, we would have to move the bedding upstairs. After we made our bed ourselves and went to sleep that night, the air conditioning turned out to be faulty again, turning off regularly and therefore not working properly.

Good

The apartment was ideally located and well-appointed.

The apartment was very noisy - on an uphill bus route and opposite a late-night bar.
