Villa Fiorida features a large private pool (9 x 4.5 m) and, with 4 bedrooms, can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The house and terraces offer a magnificent ocean view of Calpe Bay and the Peñón d'Ifach. On one level, you’ll find 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the large living room with a fireplace, the dining room, and the separate kitchen. In the basement, there is also a studio with a double bed and its own bathroom. The studio is included in the price for groups of 7 or more; if you’re traveling with fewer people and wish to use the studio, there’s an additional charge. All rooms are modern and individually decorated, bright, and airy. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and the very well-equipped kitchen add to the comfort. During the cooler months, the central heating also works well. The large terrace with a wonderful ocean view and the Mediterranean garden are particularly lovely. The pool is popular with water lovers of all ages; there are lounge chairs and shaded spots under palm trees. Villa Fiorida has 2 parking spaces on the property.

The neighborhood consists of other private homes with their own gardens. At the end of the street lies the nature reserve, which offers many beautiful hiking trails. Calpe is known for its beautiful sandy beaches and its two long beach promenades.
