I could here the upstairs residents the entire time. The list a sound absorbing thing at the top of the stairs. Its useless.

Enjoy the central location in the much sought after "Big Tree" area close to downtown Casper. This classy spacious basement apartment boasts a crisp, contemporary feel while still feeling comfortable and inviting. An ideal base to explore Casper, the downtown with it coffee shops, breweries, restaurants and bars are within walking distance whilst close by you can fish on the North Platte river or head up to Casper Mtn for hiking, biking or skiing in the winter.

Afterwards park right outside your own private front entrance and kick back and enjoy the spacious apartment and watch your favorite movie on the big TV screen and enjoy ultra fast wifi.
