Jo Ann was amazing. She made check in seamless, gave great recommendations, left some light snacks for us, firewood for the fire pit, some fun family games and was available at anytime to answer questions with fast response times. We had a great stay and look forward to returning

It was a great spot for us and is especially perfect for anyone travelling with a need for a main floor bedroom. The location was perfect with the beach close by, the Fairfield green just up the road, and veteran’s park directly across the street—which was an ideal place for our family to play. The place itself really suited our needs as well and the extra hang out space in the garage was a total bonus! Absolutely would recommend this home to friends and family!

We stayed for four nights and the house was perfect. Comfortable, great location for going to the beach, lots of restaurants a short walk or drive away, and host was really welcoming and helpful every step of the way. Would definitely stay again!

I grew up in Fairfield and returned for a visit the week of the 4tth and know this location well. Jo Ann did not disappoint, she's an amazing host at the ready to make sure you have everything you need. The house is situated perfectly between the beach and downtown and was extremely cozy. Highly recommended!
