LOCATION! Fully updated house in the heart of Sylvan Beach on 10th Ave. FREE large parking area so bring your boat, jetski's or snowmobile trailer! HUGE backyard lined with trees along the quiet road for privacy with a patio, patio furniture, fire pit and grill to enjoy after a day on the beach. Walking distance to everything that the town has to offer... beach, casinos, amusement park, restaurants, bars and more. ~500 feet from door to lake access make this a great winter retreat for ice fishing/snowmobiling as well!

This property is nicely situated on a side street, but within walking distance of beach, restaurants, arcade etc. It is super convenient! The house is immaculate, and thoughtfully decorated with a coastal vibe. What an ideal place for a family to stay and manageable for seniors and babies alike.Our family has stayed in well over 20 VRBO's, and you would be hard-pressed to find a host who cares more. The communication was top-notch, and prompt. The amenities in the house including spices, coffee, paper products, hygiene products, cleaning supplies were generous, and added to the value.The mattresses could use an upgrade, but that is truly our only constructive criticism. The pictures posted on VRBO are accurately showcased. While we were not too familiar with the area, it doesn't take long to get settled. Be sure to enjoy the waterfront nearby and the spectacular sunsets. Thanks so much for our enjoyable stay.
