First and foremost the home was beautiful and the location was great. The photos are accurate. Amenities are good. That said, there were a few things that weren’t great. Check in was rough. We didn’t receive check in instructions so we were on the phone with Vrbo for an hour sitting in the driveway before we could access the house. The listing makes it sound like there are 4 parking spots- 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. The owners leave their car and the garage is full of beach equipment. Fortunately the local property manager moved the car but if you’re coming with 4 cars, you’d be in a rough spot. The dishwasher was taped shut and inoperable. Vrbo was unable to get ahold of the owner so it was not fixed during the course of our stay. The fireplace didn’t work and the freezer sounds like a plane taking flight. It was so loud it made it difficult to sleep in the first floor bedroom.

Our stay was absolutely outstanding! The home was luxurious, beautifully maintained, and spotless from the moment we arrived. Every detail exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, with easy access to stunning beaches and everything we wanted to explore.Communication was exceptional throughout the entire process, and the level of service made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. It’s rare to find a property that delivers on every promise, but this one certainly did. We created wonderful memories here and would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a first-class vacation experience!

The good:
Location is fantastic.
SO MANY beach supplies and kid supplies! Fantastic to not have to buy toys.
Looks just like the photos.
Beds are comfortable.
The bizarre:
No blackout blinds on any windows. Even in the baby room with the crib and bunk beds.
The master bedroom was UNUSEABLE because the sun comes in and the room gets so hot and bright it's impossible to sleep past sunrise.
I flew my nanny in and would have LOVED to sleep in a bit on vacation. I ended up sleeping in the bunk bed with my 5 year old because the master was just too bight every morning. My teen wouldn't even sleep in it. She opted to sleep in a lazy boy chair. I can't imagine how hot it gets during the summer. This price point is for travelers who are accustomed to attention to detail - this is a huge oversight.
The refrigerator stopped working. Just stopped. Instead of sending a repair person we got a cooler to put our food into. This normally wouldn't have bothered me so much however I hired a chef to crest a huge thanksgivng meal and intended on eating the leftovers throughout the week. We had to toss them all out. I never once heard from the owner about it.
One bathroom was completely missing a shower curtain.
The owners have a nice man who lives across the street who greeted me and let me in however was unable to tell me how to work the fireplace tv or thermostats and wasn't empowered to get the fridge fixed when it broke.
Overall I would not stay here again without improvements.
