Die Hausherren ist so süß und zuvorkommend. Hat meine Wäsche in ihrem Wäschetrockner getrocknet, mir Waschmittel gebracht und uns wie zu Hause fühlen lassen.

I like the hosts, their hospitality and their quiet location close to city center of Pogradec.
It's also bike friendly and family friendly accommodation. People are really good, positive and they like to help at any time. We have been there in end of October and the place was warm, clean and perfect

We had an amazing two-night stay at 2S Vila Boutique and honestly wished we could stay longer. The room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. Everything felt clean, new, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and we slept very well every night. We especially appreciated having cooking facilities, which made our stay even more convenient and feel like a home away from home.
What truly made this place special was the hospitality of the owner and his mother, Natasha. They are some of the kindest hosts we have met during our travels. Natasha was incredibly warm and caring, always checking that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She made us feel less like guests and more like family. They even surprised us with freshly prepared local chestnuts, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Small acts like these made our stay feel personal and genuine.
The location is excellent, with the lake, restaurants, cafés, shops, and other attractions all within walking distance. Unlike staying in a large hotel, this property is located within a local neighborhood, allowing visitors to experience the real atmosphere of Pogradec and everyday local life. We loved being surrounded by residents and getting a more authentic experience of the city.
Thank you to Natasha and her son for their exceptional hospitality and kindness. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pogradec. We would gladly stay here again.

The host really helped us to get to the place and received us. He explained us about the town, recommended places to visit and tips to take in consideration. We could park at the place. The accommodation is spacious for 2 couples.
The shower did not have curtain, therefore when showering the floor around gets full wet. The surroundings of the accommodation in the night are not nice to walk through.
