BiBo Suites San Agustín

The property is brand new, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. We booked a one-bedroom apartment, which was wonderful, comfortable, and well-equipped. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations, and we really enjoyed the accommodations.

Unfortunately, the check-in process, inaccurate information, and parking situation left a bitter taste despite the beautiful apartment. When we booked, the listing clearly stated that the property offered private parking. However, upon arrival, we were directed to a nearby parking lot, only to discover that overnight parking cost €37. This additional expense was never communicated to us beforehand. The check-in experience was equally frustrating. We arrived at approximately 4 PM but couldn't access the property for at least 30 minutes. Although the property advertises customer service seven days a week, the lobby was completely dark, and nobody was at the front desk. We had to call for assistance, only to be told that we needed to complete an additional online registration before accessing our apartment, despite having already provided our personal information when booking. While the apartment itself was excellent, the lack of clear communication, misleading parking information, and inconvenient check-in process significantly affected our overall experience.

Pretty much everything! It was very clean, spacious and attractively decorated! They provided bits and pieces needed to wash up and even a bottle of wine (unfortunately it was very sweet and we couldn’t drink it)

Like many places, even good hotels there were not enough case racks or a dressing table area and sink area a bit small so everything gets wet. Not a problem with two of us though.

It’s Close to main attractions in Granada, very spacious and well appointed.

Our suite was directly above an open patio restaurant and across from a busy market, so there were delivery trucks and garbage/street cleaning noises quite late into the night.

The location is great. Clean apartment.

The bathroom is very uncomfortable, unprofessional and somehow strange but in a bad way(see adjusted picture).
