Access to the beach is just a few minutes away. It felt clean and tidy. Everything, within reason, was provided for your stay. WiFi was good. It was about a 15 min walk into the local town, or just a few minutes drive. Parking is right outside the door. The neighbourhood felt safe and secure. Since we were only staying 2 nights the facilities in the kitchen were not really used, as we ate out on both nights. The owner, who was very friendly, suggested two great places to eat. The TV worked well.
The heating boiler, which is located within the combined kitchen/sitting room is very noisy when the heating is on or hot water is running. I didn't find the bed comfy (sprung matress), but that's a personal choice as I prefer memory foam. It's also a little less bouncy. Maybe it needs replacing. The towels provided were very small and we went out and purchased our own bath/shower towels from a local supermarket to use. It was in October, so we hadn't brought beach towels with us. The shower took a bit to get used to as the tempreture dials had to be turned the opposite ways to the directions on dial.
