We had a minor concern about our Furst room, the proprietor accommodated us and changed our room very willingly to a much better room which we were very happy with.
We just booked what was offered on Booking.com and weren’t aware that we had booked an “economy” room. This was on the ground floor I thr main thoroughfare and there was loud echoey talking at times including at 3 in the morning which woke us up. There was also mildew in the bathroom which affected my husband’s breathing. However, the proprietor explained everything and that in a couple of weeks, as it’s end of season, they will be closing for building and decorating works. She offered us a 4th floor, quiet room with a beautiful pool and sea / beach view. So actually, we were very happy with the kindness and understanding with which our concern was handled.

Friendly and helpful staff, the balcony, fresh towels each day.
The Wi-Fi was very weak.
The lift was out of order for periods during each day and being on the top floor with arthritic knees was no fun.
Our room had water damage and staining on the ceiling above the bed, which spoiled the room.

"Best location on the beach promenade. Pool is good size with a very nice bar/restaurant. Great turkish style breakfast brings to your table instead of buffet. Çay is free but any drinks like ice coffe..."
