Bedrooms
There are 6 vacation apartments (10 bedrooms in total): 4 large apartments (2 on the first floor and 2 on the first floor), each 50 square meters in size, each with 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 bathroom. (One apartment on the first floor has a double sofa bed in the kitchen-living room.) 2 small apartments (1 on the first floor and 1 on the first floor), each 30 square meters in size, each with 1 double bed and 1 bathroom. Extra beds or cribs can be added to the larger apartments as needed; the beds in the twin-bed rooms can be pushed together upon request.

Living room
Each apartment has its own kitchen-living room, furnished with kitchen cabinets, a dining table, and a couch. Common room (on the first floor) On the first floor is the light-filled, 124-square-meter common room with dining tables for the entire group and seating in front of a large satellite TV; directly in front of it is the sun terrace, also equipped with dining tables for everyone, where meals can be enjoyed while taking in the breathtaking expanse of the surrounding landscape.

Kitchen
6 small but perfectly equipped kitchens in the apartments, each featuring a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, an induction cooktop, a sink, a dishwasher (not all 6), and all necessary appliances, dishes, pots, etc., so that anyone can cook for themselves independently when needed—whether it’s a cup of tea, coffee, baby food, or other small meals.Communal Kitchen (on the first floor) The large, perfectly equipped professional kitchen on the first floor leaves nothing to be desired; here you’ll find everything you need to cater to a larger group. For large celebrations, if you order a catering service or hire a professional chef, this kitchen can be used.

Bathrooms
Each apartment has its own bathroom, each equipped with a shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet. In the common area (on the first floor), there is one accessible bathroom as well as a room with three guest restrooms and two sinks. A separate laundry room is available, equipped with a washing machine and ironing supplies.

Garden
The entire property covers 90,000 square meters, 50,000 square meters of which are fenced in. The spacious, fully fenced garden area (fence is 1.50 m high in some places with barbed wire, and 1.80 m high in others; dog-proof) offers plenty of space for children to play and run around; Mediterranean flowers, shrubs, and trees create an enchanting Tuscan atmosphere, with holm oaks, cypresses, pines, a newly planted olive grove, rosemary, sage, basil, broom, and much more create a truly relaxing atmosphere of pure tranquility—all in divine peace and quiet, as there are no neighboring houses, streets, or paths with people or traffic here. For our younger guests, there’s a playground with a slide and swing under shady trees, as well as a playhouse with toy cars, a toy tractor, a dollhouse kitchen, and much more. From the garden, you can access hiking trails and mountain bike routes that lead straight through the endless forest; one of the trails leads to the property’s own spring with crystal-clear drinking water. Here you are in the “Casentino Forests National Park,” a nature reserve famous far beyond its borders.
