The "Am Böcklweiher" vacation rental in Bischofswiesen is a newly built vacation home in a quiet residential area, just a few meters from the idyllic Böcklweiher pond. Enjoy the unique atmosphere of this lovingly furnished vacation home. The high ceilings with exposed rafters, underfloor heating throughout, free Wi-Fi, and the carefully chosen color scheme are sure to make any vacationer’s heart beat faster. You’ll immediately feel at home amid the stylish blend of modern and traditional furnishings. “Am Böcklweiher” offers three bedrooms. The “green” bedroom features a 120 cm by 200 cm bed and beautiful evening sunlight. The “red” bedroom is the largest and most spacious; here you’ll sleep in a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm by 200 cm. The “orange” bedroom features a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm by 190 cm. In both of these rooms, you can enjoy the sunrise as you wake up. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need. You can spend cozy evenings in the living area, which has plenty of seating for the whole family. From there, you can step out onto your balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, and washing machine. As an added convenience, a lockable bike garage is provided. The highlight is the breathtaking 360-degree mountain view that stretches throughout the entire apartment. This is crowned by the incomparable view of our Berchtesgaden landmark—King Watzmann. After an eventful day in the Berchtesgadener Land, you can unwind on the spacious balcony and gaze out at the Watzmann massif.
Although the vacation rental is in a quiet location, it’s still very central. Bischofswiesen, with its shops and restaurants, is just a three-minute drive away. In ten minutes by car, you’ll reach the historic center of Berchtesgaden—and just as quickly, the Götschen ski area, which features lifts for the whole family. The idyllic Böcklweiher is just a short walk away. Because of its unique reflection of the Watzmann, it is described as “one of the most beautiful ponds in Germany.” The pond is surrounded by the Böcklmoos, a high-altitude moor featuring the only stand of mountain pine in the valley region of the Berchtesgaden Alps, as well as remarkable flora and fauna. The famous Königssee is nine kilometers away, Bad Reichenhall is 16 kilometers away, and the enchanting festival city of Salzburg is just 30 kilometers away.

We had a great stay! The accommodation was spacious and we loved having 3 separate rooms, plus a living room and kitchen. The blackout blinds in the bedrooms were excellent and helped our kids sleep later. Having a washing machine in the unit was also wonderful. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and in a safe neighborhood, and the views from the balcony were absolutely gorgeous. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions both before and during our stay. Definitely recommend!

This is a fantastic large apartment. We were just three adults but a family with 3 kids would be comfortable here. It is exactly as advertised. It is spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and very quiet. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony each morning and loved the view of the mountains. We would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting in the area.
