Location was excellent no complaints with that.But it needs some TLC inside and out.The cleaning was not upto standard from other places we've been.Dead flies on kitchen counter, grease under the dish drainer.Extractor fan switches was greasy.Cobwebs in conservatory.Dishwasher smelled as you opened it didn't feel like we could use it.Towels in bathroom smelled musty.And the private dock is dangerous and shouldn't really be used.2/3 planks broken and giving way.Knives and scissors in the block can't really used effectively as so blunt.Gate missing so be careful when letting your dogs outside. It does have a cart to carry stuff from the car to the house which was useful.

great location for chilling, fishing with a private pontoon for use, dishwasher, washing machine all new and really useful, and log fire which we couldn't help using despite being July, as it's such a lovely feature, thank you Elaine
