About this apartment rental
Since July 2022, we have been renting out our apartment at the “Garden Residence” resort in Malcesine.
It underwent a complete renovation from October 2022 to April 2023. Now it shines in all its new splendor…
The vacation rental is located at an elevation of about 250 meters, above the town center of Malcesine, in a quiet setting yet only a 4-minute drive from the lively downtown area (1.85 km to the large “SPAR” supermarket).
The apartment features a large balcony with an unobstructed view of Lake Garda.
It has been newly furnished and is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances such as air conditioning (heating/cooling), a ceiling fan, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment.
You’ll also find a large pool (open from mid-May through October) in a beautifully landscaped, terraced garden. The garden features a variety of trees and plants, offering plenty of shaded spots to relax. Sports activities such as table tennis are also available.
The vacation rental is located in a gated community. A very dedicated, friendly caretaker lives on the premises and is happy to assist with anything you may need.
Two parking spaces with ample room (even for RVs) are available free of charge.
Additional costs:
- Please pay the final cleaning fee of 65 euros and the tourist tax (2 euros per person/night) to the caretaker upon arrival.

From the moment we arrived to us leaving this was a perfect place to stay. Everything you need and what a view. The pool was fantastic as were the gardens all around the apartments. Special mention to Hussein the resident manager, who was so helpful. The communication with the owners was first rate. Highly recommended.

Diese Wohnung ist super ausreichend ausgestattet für Selbstversorger. Es ist alles da, was man braucht.Der Lüfter an der Decke ersetzt jede Klimaanlage.

Tak til Hassan, som var så venlig at komme og hente os i bil ved start af vej op til feriebolig, da vi ikke kunne finde ud af, hvor langt vi skulle køre op af bjerget.
Stedet er så flot holdt. Lejligheden er simpel, men fin (Hassan fortalte, at den vil blive renoveret til næste år). Tak for velkomst vin.
Ønsker: et par flasker vand ved ankomst, en brødrister, pool-håndklæder, ekstra viskestykker og et par lænestole til stuen. Vi anbefaler denne feriebolig og kommer gerne igen.
