Contemporary interior designed 1 bed apartment on the ground floor with its own 50m2 private terraced garden area for relaxation & alfreso dining (4 chairs & table) lounge style seating area with a coffee table and a seperate decking area with a day bed.
The apartment has an open plan kitchen/lounge area with bespoke Olive veneered units and a breakfast bar. The marble flooring extends out at the same level into the terraced garden area with dual aspect sliding pocket doors. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area to provide sleeping accommodation for a maximum of 4 people.
One double bedroom with mirrored wardrobe leads onto its own 10m2 terrace with seating facing onto the communal garden and courtyard area. There is a fully marbled tiled shower room/w.c.
The complex has a 20m X 10m secluded communal swimming pool with loungers. 200m walk from Bouillabaisse beach with its magical views and sunsets across the bay of St Tropez and only a 600m walk to the town. The complex has private secure gated access. There are a selection of restaurants in close proximity including the Fine dining restaurant La Vague D'Or as well as the renowned local Boullabaise restaurant and the classy/cool Pearl Beach Club vibe all within 5minutes walk.

The appartment was ok, but small. Not enough spaces for wardrobe.

Apartment location was great and the host and property management were also nice and very helpful! Unfortunately, the apartment itself was not a good standard. The floors were dirty upon check in. The shower was not working on the first day but the host managed to figure out a fix, however the water was cold for our entire stay. There was only one small plug in air con unit for the apartment which you could feel if you were directly in front within 1 meter. There was no fan or aircon in the bedroom. The heat in the apartment was unbearable and difficult to sleep in. Minor improvements: drawers didn’t close, broken fridge, plug sockets coming off walls. There was no freezer for ice and only one toilet roll for our 4 night stay.
