About this house rental
La Dimora di Livia is 800 meters from the beach. The Spot Skatepark is 600 meters away, a 10-minute walk. It’s perfect for vacations and offers quiet spaces to work. It’s ideal for families or groups of friends, who can enjoy spacious private rooms and share the common areas. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, comfortable workspaces in the bedrooms, and a large dining room for eating together. A bus stop to reach the metro is 100 meters away. Within walking distance, you’ll find an open-air market, supermarkets, pharmacies, a gym, bars, and restaurants.
The "Space" The 110-square-meter home features 3 bedrooms plus a double living room. We’re renting it out with great care; all the furniture has been carefully selected, and we’ve made sure to include everything that makes a stay a pleasant memory.

- 2 full bathrooms: one with a shower and tub, one with a shower, which also houses the washing machine.
Three balconies with awnings, furnished with small tables and chairs for breakfast.
Covered parking space in the building’s garage included in the price. Suitable for a compact car, approximately 4.20 meters long.
It is located in a densely populated area with all kinds of businesses, including a gym, restaurants, and pharmacies.
Tourist Tax: €6.00 per adult (over 10 years of age) per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights). The amount must be paid in cash upon arrival.

This is a very nice apartment, well organized and maintained. The manager, Andrea, was great and we appreciated that she waited for our later arrival. The apartment is located not far from the Ostia Antica ruins which was our reason for choosing the location. The surroundings are typical, somewhat unkempt Italy, but the community stores were charming and plentiful.

Working week at the Tyrrhenian Sea with accommodation at Mariarosarie's nice apartment. We were grateful to had this opportunity.
