The location is superb. The terrace and the view could not be better. The air conditioning was extremely welcome.
On a regular basis there was no water coming out of any of the taps, showers had to be taken when we knew water would be available. The edges of some doors were unpleasantly dirty, so we had to clean them. The equipment in the kitchen was both curious and very limited, for example, there were 4 different coffee machines - none of which we used, but no garlic press. There were only 4 sets of cups and plates in a 4 person flat. So, the dishwasher had to be run regularly and virtually empty. Also, it would have been easy to have a kitchen table with a draw for cutlery, rather than having them in an open jars. With a little effort, this flat could really be a 10/10.

The view from the apartment terrace is gorgeous as if the duomo is right in front of you, as well the views from all of the windows in the apartment are equally impressive. The management team is very responsive and easy to communicate. We made a dinner reservation through their help and have a wonderful dinner.
