Ideal for the first visit to Casablanca, very nice location, beautiful view from the terrace, polite personnel.
Water in the shower is not always hot

Very welcomming and helpful staff. Charming and convenient location. (Be prepaired for walk even to taxi). Riad rooms are small but every space works (just....im a big chap). Train for 'small house' living....it works. Effectuve security, but only 'window' is door to private balcony. Great place to stay. 1st Marakesh stay and its amaizingly clean and tidy town and Riad.
3 story steps. Bit much for me now, but you dont get authentic Riad charm without less than perfect steps. Ask for lower room if its an issue. I should have.

Staff was nice.
Too expensive for the quality of the facilities they provide, I stayed at better apart hotels in Casa for same price range.
Apartment is very basic, the view from the windows is unpleasant, no rooftop, no gym, …
We have been told that the only parking was in the street, and that it was not really safe.
