About this house rental
Family house of 350m2 from the 14th century, located in the heart of this village in the Alpes de Haute Provence 1h15 from Nice, in a park of one hectare wooded with hundred-year-old trees, with a magnificent view of the sandstone mountains and in absolute calm.
It is a building of character, with thick walls protecting from the heat. Access is via the park or by the street.
The house can accommodate 12 people:
First floor: 1 large entrance hall, 3 lounges (music, games and reading), 1 kitchen, 1 dining room as well as an old kitchen and its pantry.
A terrace located between the dining room and the lounges overlooks one of the prettiest streets in the village. Chairs and tables are available for lunch in the garden or on the terrace.
1st floor: 2 double bedrooms (the deputy's bedroom and the Napoleon bedroom), 1 twin bedroom (the penitents' bedroom), 1 bathroom and toilet.
On the intermediate landing: 1 single bedroom (the Baou de Parou room).
2nd floor: 1 shower room and toilet, 1 double bedroom (the king's bedroom) and its adjoining twin bedroom (the princes' and princesses' bedroom), 1 double bedroom (the queen's bedroom), and 1 single bedroom (the Asian bedroom).
Activities:
Annot is a charming village where it is possible to practice horse riding (equestrian club), tennis (municipal tennis courts), climbing (Annot is one of the most beautiful climbing spots in the South of France). There is a pleasant municipal swimming pool and the Verdon canoyoning sites are nearby. Walks for nature lovers are numerous and the Lake of Castellane is only 15 minutes away (with many water activities).
Cleaning:
The final cleaning is 200€ to be paid to the owner at the entrance to the premises.
Sheets and towels are not provided in the rental but can be provided on request (22€ per pair of sheets and 2€ per towel).
