ABSOLUTELY WORSE STAY IN MY ENTIRE TRAVELLING LIFE . And no apology no refund as I only stayed 2 nights and had valid r

Nothing when we arrived there as it was nothing like the advert portrayed on Booking.com After 48 hours travelling was looking forward to comfortable stay and sleep. NO CHANCE condo on main highway no double glazed units and literally traffic, cars, trucks , motor bikes racing all night constant traffic noise 24/7 Even my girlfriend who lives in Bukidnon and lives close to the road could not sleep it’s appalling . Upon informing the owner I’d be moving out after only 2 nights I was told she had had numerous complaints from other guests but lost on what to do about the noise pollution. BE HONEST for one thing in your advert . Also advertised many utensils , hardly any , all the cupboards you see in the ad are locked bar 3 and some drawers. NO USEABLE PLUG OUTLETS , extension leads everywhere it’s crazy and dangerous. Bathroom stinks and the sealant around the basin and shower is black with mould. Shower stinks like a sewer and everything is tarnished. No bedding only I sheet and believe it or not it’s ok for a westerner but my girlfriend sleeps in a quilt or blanket no problem as it’s cold to her . Overall tried speaking to booking.com USELESS USELESS USELESS couldent even grasp I’d moved out after 2 nights and lost £508.00 as non refundable . But I’ll be speaking to a solicitor when I’m home as I’m not giving up £509.00 for nothing . Owner again USELESS on the issue as she had to pay fees to booking.com and I should take it up with them to see if I can get money back . I’m not one to complain and been Philippines a few times and stayed in many many places all over but this CONDO SAVE YOURSELVES THE HASSLES or take plenty of earplugs .

THE TRAFFIC NOISE THE CONDITION OF CONDO THE LOCATION THE PROVISIONS .

The owner of property is very much approachable if you have any further questions. The place is very clean, they have pool and is very accessible to the nearest shopping center. Very nice view outside.
