Wouldn't recommend.

It seemed to be well kept and clean. It was a cute little condo with very spacious rooms.

None of the staff could help us with anything because we had used booking.com to book a room, instead of booking directly through them. nobody could even give us towels to use after a shower, and I was unaware we needed to bring our own linens so out of the kindness of their staff they did let us use some towels, thankfully. We had to use the Holiday Inn across the street maintenance man to help us when we accidentally got locked out of our room even though we didn't Have anything to do with the Holiday Inn and it is extremely deceiving that you have to pay to use the pool, I have vacation for more than 12 years now with my children in Myrtle Beach and never once had to pay to use any slides or pool associated with our condo. This was the first time I have ever heard of that the pool or "waterpark" whatever you wanna call it staff was extremely rude and lacked extreme medical knowledge of skin allergies to adhesive from their own wrist bands and treated people extremely poorly if there was actually somebody to report their entire staff too I would. You were not allowed to bring in your own beverages or snacks to the pool area either even if it was for your children, you had to spend money to buy from their snack shack which was extremely overpriced and keep in mind I'm already paying money to have to utilize that area despite booking my condo with them. You were also not permitted reentry after leaving the pool so you couldn't go up to your room to get a drink and eat and then come back down once you left that area. The security guard did not allow you back in for the day. Money scam.

Great location, large rooms, elevator access.

Nest of bugs on a bathroom counter, no follow up from hosts after reporting it. Broken shower door. Wifi cut out often, which also impacted the television options provided. Pull out coach mattress was not comfortable for an adult. Water park closes with colder temperatures- despite having a heated pool listed.
