The shoes off experience was great and it was pleasant to walk around in slippers
The Onsen was very good and not crowded

Convenient location to the bus and train station. Lovely onsen, clean facilities, and helpful staff.
Nothing. This is our third stay at an Onyado Nono property. The only thing that could be difficult for elderly or those with mobility problems is that you have to remove your shoes at the front to store in lockers. You then walk barefoot or can request some slippers to use around the rest of the building.we didn’t have a problem with this as a young couple-but if our older parents came with us I would probably pick somewhere else.

Cute well designed room, love the ‘shoes off’ rule at the reception, very well presented hotel close to the station. Coffee on tap in reception, even a little shelf in the lift to place it down.

Cleanliness, proximity to the JR station, nice shared bath, availability of free goodies like ice cream , ramen and nice coffee stands
We stayed in a room which was very beautiful but extremely inconvenient: the bed was too small and uncomfortable, pillows were very difficult to relax upon :we could not get a decent rest after a long day
Another hurdle was a difficulty finding a reasonable way to do some laptop work in the room
