We were told prior to the arrival day that the host will meet us at the apartment on the check in day. We came but no one was there. We called a few times and finally spoke to the owner (I believe). Probably about 10 minutes later, someone showed up and let us in. He wasn't the host so couldn't give us much information. I sent multiples messages, emails asking for the WiFi password but no reponses. We stayed for 2 nights but didn't have the WiFi password until the end of our 2nd night.
The communication with the hosts is very poor. I gave the host the estimated arrival time but didn't see anyone at the apartment. We were waiting outside of the property for about 30 minutes before someone showed up.
