Great location, not too noisy and right next to the main strip of Nashville. Great facilities too like the gym and pool.

The apartment was fantastic in terms of space, was nice and clean. Made great use of the washing machine and tumble dryer that came with room was nice to have that option.
The building has a key code you use for entering building which made it feel safer at night.
Also short walk to broadway.
Each floor as a trash area to take your rubbish near the elevators, after a few days there would be an awful smell you had to walk by but the hallway to the apartments were okay.
The desk isn’t always managed. we put our luggage in storage and was told someone would be back from 3pm however when it was time to collect it no one was to be seen and couldn’t get a hold of staff due to having uk number so it added some stress as had uber driver waiting and luckily was able to use their us number to contact staff and eventually gain access to luggage room. There is no bell or alert you can press to contact staff so that’s not so good.

Location was perfect and the lady the helped was amazing! I think her name was Susan?
Didn’t like check in was at 4 and we waited until 5 to check in and room wasn’t ready. Told them we’d take a 1 bedroom instead because our friends couldn’t make it due to an emergency. Susan helped with that and we got settled. Was hoping to talk with someone about getting a better rate but no such luck. 😔
