The apartment is very big and very spacious, as it says on the website. The ceilings are high and the rooms are big. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything was spotless when we arrived.
I loved that we could leave our bags in early, by arrangement with the hosts, as this meant we could go down to the wonderful café Abrazo at the end of the street.
And I loved having sockets so close to the bed and so accessible.
We couldn't get any English language station on the TV and neither of us has Netflix or any streaming service. It would have been very nice to be able to watch at least one channel on the TV.
Having two bathrooms is a luxury though neither of us could get the suction-type plug for the bath in one to stay in, so we couldn't use the bath, but I didn't bring this to the attention of the hosts.
Our apartment was on Floor 2 but the button on the lift for Floor 2 doesn't work properly and we had to get the lift to Floor 3 and walk down. Not a great hardship usually but a bit of a pain on the day we arrived with bags etc
The location was less central than I'd expected it to be (the taxi driver from the airport had difficulty finding the place maybe because I'd given him the address 19 Sardinella, Triq I-Imhallef Paolo Debono --- I would have been better not mentioning the Sardinella bit he said). It was more difficult to get to places than I'd expected it to be. We found the public bus system very difficult to understand and had trouble getting to ferries and other places around the island because of this. The underpass at the end of the street, and the motorway/ street with very heavy traffic, made it more difficult work out how to get from A to B, and I think a list in the apartment of bus routes that go to and from (for example) Sliema ferries, direct to Valletta etc would be very useful.

Le calme de l’immeuble. Les deux chambres et deux sdb avec wc. L’emplacement très proche des bus pour la Valette
Appartement sombre. Les deux salles de bain sont sombres également. Difficilement de faire sécher les serviettes . Manque un pare douche dans la principale salle de bain et un radiateur sèche serviettes

No incluía desayuno y no había parking a pesar de que se indicaba al hacer la reserva.
Las camas incómodas al igual que las almohadas.
La calle del apartamento en obras y no se podía aparcar
