About this apartment rental
In the heart of Port Grimaud 2, in a quiet area away from the crowds of tourists, beautiful air-conditioned duplex on the 1st and last floor of a small building
On the lower level, a large and very bright living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, steam iron and ironing board...) and a shower room with toilet.
On the upper level, a bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people of 140 and a bathroom with bathtub with toilet on the place side and a second bedroom with another 1 bed for 2 people of 140.
On the canal side, a sunny terrace ideal for enjoying the sun
300 m walk from the private south beach and the beaches of Port Grimaud 1
For a maximum of 4 people (adults and children)
Possible extra bed for 1 child (sofa bed)
Private, numbered and secure parking space nearby with barriers and under the eyes of the guards
HOUSEHOLD LINEN (bed and toilet) NOT INCLUDED (possible on request with supplement).
You can access the 3 restaurants and the grocery store in less than two minutes on foot.
Access to St Tropez by boat (harbour master's office shuttles) with also connections to Sainte Maxime and St Raphaël
Free access to the Port Grimaud water coaches to move through the canals and get to the beach or the market square of Port Grimaud 1
The beach is a 7-10 minute walk away.
Many activities in Port Grimaud or nearby (water activities, golf, spa, amusement park...)
Ideal location for walking in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and visiting the surrounding villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...

• Linen is not included. It is possible to rent it at an additional cost.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included.
• Tourist taxes: 6.05€/adult/day included in the Vrbo price.
• Fees will be applied for any additional person.
• Pets NOT ACCEPTED (unless previously agreed in writing, an additional price may be requested).
• Check-in possible between 4pm and 7pm. Additional costs between 7pm and 8pm. No arrival after 8pm.
• Check-out before 10am.

For those interested and if the weather permits, I offer a sea trip in the Gulf of St Tropez with a visit to the port and anchoring/swimming in the cove of Canebiers in front of BB's villa

We loved our stay at this very clean and lovely apartment. The host was excellent, and he has a great pride in his place, as it showed by how clean and tidy it was. Fully deserved top marks, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thank you Jean-Marie.....Top marks for the host, but not Vrbo.
