Welcome to our bright and spacious vacation rental at the gateway to the Spessart Nature Park!
The forest begins just a few steps from the front door—your perfect starting point for leisurely hikes, beautiful bike rides, and relaxing walks. Here, on the quiet outskirts of Bessenbach, couples, families with children, or small travel groups of up to four people can enjoy unspoiled nature and true relaxation.
The apartment is ideally located for excursions to the Spessart or the Rhine-Main region—right at the gateway to the Spessart, after all ;-)
Shopping options (a bakery just 650 m away, a REWE 800 m away) are also within walking distance, and there are restaurants nearby as well; Aschaffenburg offers a wide selection of dining options and boasts the highest concentration of restaurants in Bavaria.
The approximately 100 m² ground-floor apartment offers direct access to a large terrace and a completely private garden. Here you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast in the morning, have a cozy barbecue in the evening, or simply unwind—with a view of the greenery and plenty of privacy.
The apartment is lovingly and tastefully furnished: A fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and bake, while two cozy bedrooms (one double bed, 2 × 2 m, and two single beds) ensure a restful night’s sleep.
A washing machine in the apartment, high-speed Wi-Fi (at least 80 Mbit/s), and good cell service make even longer stays of one or two weeks pleasantly hassle-free.
Note for four-legged friends: Dogs are welcome. The yard is fully fenced (1.20 m high), so your dog can run around safely—we simply ask that you keep the yard clean.

The home exceeds the description on VRBO. Very clean, spacious and absolutely fully equipped. Hosts were friendly, accessible and responsive. Excellent location in a very quiet area close to nature. Would have stayed for a month if schedule had permitted.

Sehr schöne FeWo, wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Alles war wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation war sehr gut, klar und sehr freundlich. Alles in allem alles Bestens!

Die Wohnung im Wiesengrund lässt keine Wünsche offen....sehr freundliche Vermieter , nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ordentlich und liebevoll eingerichtet., es fehlte an nichts...wir waren sehr zufrieden

Wir waren vom 29.06. bis 10.07.2022 Gäste bei Heiko und Emanuela Müntinga. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend, aber nie aufdringlich, zurückhaltend, was wir sehr angenehm empfanden. Wir hatten aber trotzdem immer das Gefühl, dass sie jederzeit ansprechbereit waren. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet und verfügte über ein reichhaltiges Zubehör. Nach unseren Wanderungen haben wir uns auf die Ferienwohnung gefreut und die schönen Abende auf der Terrasse genossen.
Wir danken dem Gastgeber und der Gastgeberin und wünschen ihnen bei der Vermietung der Ferienwohnung weiterhin viel Erfolg.
