A truly stunning apartment! Exquisitely furnished and decorated. Luxurious throughout. Very generous and thoughtful touches in the spacious bathroom and equipment in the high quality kitchen. Amazing history of the apartment and its creation from a carpenter’s workshop. Andrea was a very attentive host who gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.

Andrea was a wonderful host. Staying at his unique and historic property was a real highlight. We felt very comfortable there and enjoyed the many pieces of artwork that are displayed throughout the property. We also loved the location, walking distance into the heart of beautiful Perugia - full of vibrancy, history, culture, music and cuisine.
The only thing was the aircon was not operating, and there are no fly screens on the windows. The place does remain mostly cool from the stone and tiles, however we did feel a little warm at night.

The best place I have stayed in for ages - historical, very large, ancient and modern, filled will art. Andrea was helpful and attentive. I loved Perugia.

The location was great and it was one of the most extraordinary places we ever stayed at. The owner put a lot of effort into transforming the old building into something very unique.
Unfortunately the sleeping couch was very uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise due to the streets and the water system in the house.
