It's not good for families with kids.
Kitchen is well equipped, new and big fridge with freezer. Location is very good.
From the beginning, communication was poor. The host ignored my messages, and until the last moment, I was unsure whether we would be accommodated. We only received the check-in instructions when we arrived, and the address listed on Booking.com was inaccurate.
Besides the poor communication, many things need to be repaired or replaced. Some issues could cause injuries and must be fixed urgently.
1. The dining table, made of glass, is unsafe. The tabletop is not properly secured and can slide. Its legs are held together with zip ties, which could break at any moment, causing the glass top to collapse.
2. In the bathroom, the hot water pipe under the sink is broken, and the sink itself is slowly detaching from the wall, posing a risk of falling. The shower doors are also broken and do not close properly.
3. The washing machine door was broken, and at times, it gave off electrical shocks.
Additionally, the apartment has a lot of strange and inappropriate decorations (not suitable for children, such as a banana penis images on wall). There are also many unnecessary glass accessories, and some chairs are nearly broken.
Considering we paid a security deposit of 300 euro, we did not feel comfortable in a home that was falling apart. For a family with two kids, we were only provided with two large and two small towels and just one set of bedding for two people, as if only two adults were expected.

The host was unresponsive. Told him the washing machine door wouldn't open , said he would get a technician and never did , then said try using the end of a spoon to open the door.
The oven doesn't heat up. The kettle didn't work. The iron has a chunk out of it and a loose base. The toaster was filthy, full of clogged up breadcrumbs. The microwave was full of rust and looked like it had been arcing. The hairdryer went up in smoke when plugged in. The socket in the bedroom fell apart and was dangerous. The lamp in the living room wiring was a tangled mess and had been joined with sellotape. The black out curtain in the living room was hanging down and torn .There was a broken tile in the middle of the shower floor. The frying pan had a loose handle and nearly got burnt when food tipped out.

Классное только расположение и размещение. Практически между первой и 2 линией к морю. Мой Друг живет в этом же доме - поэтому переплатив снял данные апартаменты.
Наверное ремонт - не делался никогда, очень старая мебель, обстановка как будь-то хозяин не совсем дружит с головой - это отобразилось в картинах на стенах одно извр...ния . Фото скорей всего делались лет 5 назад. Для просто поспать - наверное нормально. Но - оплатив депозит 300 евро. И увидев общую ситуацию не сильно радостно. А после того, как мы выехали - нас обвинили - что мы сломали авторский стул, и испортили во всех 4 стульях спинки. Все 4 данных стула были под разным углом и спинки были с дырками уже - максимальная цена в ИКЕИ 30 евро за стул. Плюс еще два стула деревянных были сломаны. Плюс "авторский" как его назвал хозяин, стол был связан пластиковыми скобами и стеклянное полотно не было закреплено. Такое впечатление что все было подготовлено к тому что бы что то испортить и не вернуть депозит. Депозит, пока - не вернули. Разбираемся , но с Меня еще хозяин хочет получить 800 евро. Я 15 лет пользуюсь услугами Booking но такое реально впервые.
