Очень приятное место. В номере было чисто и уютно, всё необходимое для комфортного проживания есть. Хорошее расположение, рядом кафе, магазины.. Персонал доброжелательный и готов помочь. Я осталась довольна проживанием.

Close to the pedestrian shopping street and supermarkets.
There is always hot water with excellent pressure.
The bathroom is updated. The shower head comes with different modes.
The bed mattresses are very comfortable.
The sofas are comfortable too and do not smell.
The swimming pool is nice, good, and clean.
The apartment complex grounds are well-maintained and clean.
There is a laundry room with 2 washing machines, detergent stock, ironing board and an iron.
The manager Ahmed is very friendly. He gave us an umbrella when it rained, and he even had a luggage scale available.
In the ground-floor apartment, in the bedroom there are traces of a sewage leak from the first floor. You can hear it whenever the people on the first floor are in the shower or using the toilet.
The floor needs repairing; in some places, holes in the floor are simply taped over. There is an air conditioner only in the bedroom—it’s old and noisy, but it’s mold-free and gets the job done. The kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove, but there is no extractor hood. You can only cook by opening all the windows and setting the air conditioner to fan mode. The kitchenware selection is minimal. There are no mugs, only Turkish tea glasses. There is 1 large pot, 1 small pot, and a small non-stick frying pan. There are no deep plates/soup bowls, just 3 small bowls suitable for muesli and a few flat plates. The cutlery set is incomplete. There are 2 knives and a cutting board. No ladle. There are no dinner knives, only spoons and forks. There is a large cezve (Turkish coffee pot) and some espresso cups, as well as 3 mismatched glasses. It was barely enough for two people.
The bathroom is updated, but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The toilet was dirty when we checked in, and the bottom of the shower doors was very dirty; a bleach-based gel cleaned most of the grime. The cleaning of the apartment was done in our presence once in 8 days, first it was vacuumed and the way they mopped the floor looked bizarre. The lady simply poured a cup of detergent directly onto the floor and smeared it all over with a microfiber mop, except for the bathroom. And that was it! It was an allergy sufferer's nightmare—the heavy fragrance of the purple cleaning liquid lingered in the rooms for a long time, even after I mopped the entire floor myself using just a microfiber mop and water.
The apartment's washing machines features detergent drawers with built-up powder residue, making a truly clean rinse impossible for laundry.
