Welcome to the non-smoking vacation apartment No. 337,
This modern, nautical-themed apartment is located on the 8th floor and features a balcony facing southwest with a view of the Baltic Sea. There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette opens onto the living and dining area. Adjacent to the living area is an open sleeping alcove with a double bed (1.8 m x 2 m).
Please bring your own bed linens and towels.
All of our properties are non-smoking.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly pleasant for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.
A variety of recreational activities around the Ferienpark offer plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The well-known Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.
Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of Lübeck Bay offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
From approximately April through September, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are protected by law and must not be removed. The balconies can generally still be used during this time.
The vacation complex features a shared laundry room with several washing machines and a clothes dryer. The machines can be used for a fee
. Please also note that the vacation complex is not barrier-free and is not wheelchair-accessible.

Schöne helle Ferienwohnung ,mit einen herrlichen Meerblick.Haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.

War ein schöner Urlaub. Eine schöne und saubere Wohnung mit ein tollen Ausblick aufs Meer.
Wir kommen schon seit ca 30 Jahren nach Sierksdorf, und finden es immer sehr schön. Mfg Sonja und Andreas Kirchhof.

Die Wohnung ist einfach nur ein Traum. Man merkt sofort, dass da jemand mit ganz viel Liebe am Werk war. Ich hätte das genauso eingerichtet. Deshalb haben wir uns sofort total wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch die Sauberkeit war überraschend gut. Klar, wenn Frau sucht findet sie was.... aber nein- es war toll. Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar- auch die Balkon Stühle sind super bequem. Das einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hat war die Dusche bzw. die Toilette. Sehr klein - ok , da kann keiner was für. Aber eine Lüftung wäre nicht schlecht....Ansonsten immer wieder gerne.
Leider ist in der Anlage selbst nicht viel geboten- das war evt. früher mal anders. Ach und ein Abstellplatz für Fahrräder ( überdacht) wäre super.
