About this apartment rental
Welcome to Vacation Apartment No. 108.
Here, your vacation can start right away—just slip on a bathrobe and head to the sea—the beach is right at your feet! From the second floor, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. Across the way are Timmendorfer Strand and Scharbeutz. The apartment is cozy and modernly furnished and equipped for 4 people. From the living and dining area, you can step out onto the southeast-facing balcony. The kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, is integrated into the living and dining area. The first bedroom has a double bed (2x 80 cm x 200 cm), and the second has a bunk bed (each 80 cm x 200 cm). The modern bathroom is located inside the apartment and features a floor-to-ceiling shower. The beach is just a few steps away, with no streets to cross. There is a parking space in front of the house.
The vacation rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay.

A laundry room is located in the complex and can be used for a fee.
From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.
Complex:
The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is quietly located on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any streets—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers excellent conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.
A variety of recreational activities around the vacation park provide plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighboring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a gas station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.
Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.

Top Lage, mit tollen Blick auf die Lübecker Bucht...Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht.Jederzeit wieder....
Das erste Mal top Wetter den ganzen Aufenthalt über...Sonne pur, leider kein Sonnenschutz auf Balkon.Daher großes Aufheizen,von Räumlichkeiten.Uns wurde ein kleiner Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung gestellt um bei herrlicher morgendlicher Sonne, blendfrei zu frühstücken. :-) Vielen Dank noch einmal an den Mitarbeiter.

Alles perfekt vorbereitet und angetroffen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war das zu enge Schlafzimmer.
