The apartment was excellent, very clean, and comfortable. The location was also great, and the reception staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality and excellent service throughout our stay.
We experienced a few minor issues with the bathroom during our stay. However, when we contacted the staff, they were very responsive, cooperative, and more than willing to help. We truly appreciated their support and professionalism.

Very comfortable stay with family. Wifi is fast and aircon working well. Nice view out of the apartment. Cafe downstairs has good food. Location is convenient. Will return again if around the area.
There are plenty of parking. However it is slightly inconvenient when carrying a lot of items or travelling with elderly with wheelchair as need to change lift twice and there are steps along the way.

Breakfast is not provided. However, as this is a condominium in a mixed development, there is a cafe called Franjipani and it serves nice breakfast. There are a couple more F&B outlets in the condominium called Lumi Marketplace.
Rooms are good in size with 3 toilets, 2 of them ensuite. Place is clean.
My unit was in Tower B1, 03-03.
Unit was not warm at all with hardly any furnishing. Kitchen could have been better stuffed with utensils like a kettle for boiling water. Decorative panels for the AC were removed, exposing what was supposed to be hidden.
