We had a wonderful stay at Indigo Inn Casa in Hersonissos, and a special thank you goes to Maria, the Guest Manager, and Maria at reception. Their kindness, generosity and willingness to help made our stay feel extra special.
Maria, the Guest Manager, kindly gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate a birthday—a lovely, thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. She also helped us arrange a taxi to the airport and extended our room stay so we wasn’t waiting around most the day, making our departure much easier.
Maria at reception was equally lovely and helpful every single time we visited the desk. Both Marias made us feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay, and they deserve real recognition for the care they give their guests.
Thank you both for helping make our holiday such a lovely experience. We would happily recommend Indigo Inn Casa

The pool area is lovely , however sunbed wars start from 8am we never got a bed around the pool once . The boho garden the next tier down was also really relaxing however the music in the whole place is so loud . The DJ is on Mon/wed/fri and I had room 734 the music was that loud the windows rattled so if you want a afternoon nap after a few drinks around the pool that wil not happen . The room itself was ok . Bathroom had mould around the base of the shower but apart from that the room was nice but did smell of drains very strongly . No smart tv and wifi was terrible . Breakfast was good though. First day we arrived they had double booked my friend and sent her to a completely different hotel which was awful . If you have any mobility issues this is not the hotel for you there are steps to get everywhere and the pool area a is spread over 3 terrace levels . Staff were friendly . €30 euro for a pool towel deposit is needed
The layout is very strange , loads of steps to get everywhere and the pool areas are so slippery I saw multiple people slip there should be some grips put around the tiles
